Where is Barrow

Hoops Basketball Centre is situated on the edge of Barrow in Furness, a town of around 70,000 people on the North West coast of the UK.  We are 5 minutes away from the beaches of Walney Island and only 30 minutes drive from the Southern tip of the Lake District National Park, one of the most picturesque places in the UK and the destination for over 11 million tourists every year.  We often find that parents of our residential campers take the opportunity for a few days relaxing in the Lakes, whilst the youngsters play ball.   A little over a 1 and a half hour drive North will take you across Hadrians Wall and into Bonny Scotland.
